Plotting to watch me sinking beneath.

I left, because I faced the facts,
But only in response to your heinous act.
I saw through your eyes, read your lies.
Even through the tears you cried.

Why continue when what is based on trust is not enough to control your lust.
I wasn't the only one.

Leaving me in the black for as long as I could breathe,
Trapped under shade, to dark for me to see.

Another lesson learned,
You will never learn.

Go ahead, play the victim,
Who the fuck will listen to your lies of pain?
Every selfish attempt to make me out as the villain.

Wearing a mask of pride over your twisted mind,
Justifying your actions with the sickness inside.
Does not excuse the act of hurting those who care, or inflicting damage that's beyond repair.

Don't tell me that I'm the one with a problem,
When you know you are the one who's condemned.

Another lesson learned,
You will never learn.
Break these chains, holding me in vain,
You're no longer my concern.

You failed to break me,
So don't try and fix me now.
